Decoding AI in Financial Services
Business Implications for Boards and Professionals
Published December 2019 in London, United Kingdom
As artificial intelligence (AI) permeates business models and becomes the core medium to provide services, it also determines how corporate governance and business strategy are understood, tackled, and implemented. Therefore, AI is not just an IT issue. AI is a board issue.
I authored “Decoding AI in Financial Services - Business Implications for Boards and Professionals” to empower boards with an impartial reference book about what AI is and how it impacts business models, governance, and strategy.
In order to complete writing this book, I devoted two years, talked to 180 industry executives and corporate directors for the underlying research, and have single handedly built a database of 15,000 bibliography entries. The book has been received by the industry with excellent reviews.
This is the first book that expertly examines the business implications of AI in financial services.
The book is available on Amazon.
